I find I am always in the store for some project or repair or something. That being said. The staff is super polite. From the minute you walk in they greet you. And someone will almost always find you and ask if they can assist. That being said. Of course with a smaller store. You may not have the variety of a big box store. You know that going in. But for the most part. I am successful. On a side note. The donations questions are a tad over kill. Get rid of that awkwardness and honestly. It's a great neighborhood hardware store. :) Thanks guys !

Very helpful hardware store, and they are open a couple of hours later than the other surrounding ACEs. All the employees seemed reasonably happy to work there (unlike Home Depot). They didn't have what I needed in stock, but they knew exactly what it was and where I could get it at another location. The only criticism I have with the place is that all the house plants were next to the front door. I get that it's the only source of natural light, but now that the weather has turned cold, I fear it's not doing the plants any favors. Very few plants enjoy getting blasted with ice cold air. Highly recommend.

The Staff at the store were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable I got what I needed and at a very good price. I highly recommend Great lakes Ace hardware.

This is my go to place for everything needed to compleatly do any project., All of the employees are very knowledgeable and this women here, on the forklift especially goes out of her way to help you find anything you need and is always very helpful.
