Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. One of the few stores who can REFILL a propane tank for your grill or RV...as well as the traditional tank exchange. Will definitely be going back & referring anyone who'll listen.

I thought that customer service was a thing from the past. But when shopping at Great Lakes Ace Hardware at 62nd and Allisonville I purchased a tire pump. I asked the clerk Brittany how to use it. She took it out of the package (asked me first if that was ok) then proceeded to show me how to use it. She then asked another clerk, Dave to help and he went out to my car with me and pumped the tire up for me showing me how to use it. They both went above and beyound demonstrating Great Customer Service. They have restored my faith in good people. Thank you both. Excellent job!
