I am a contractor who has spent 10s of thousands of dollars at this store. I went to return a couple lawn mowers I had purchased from them within a week or 2. The manager (a white mid 30s women) gave me complete attitude and disrespect. Who ever is above her needs to have a convo with her about controlling her emotions and staying professional. I highly recommend she gets withdrawn from management. There are so many other very respectful individuals who work at this store.
