I’ve always gotten very mediocre service here to be frank, but I am giving 4 stars because JUDY is an all star and went above and beyond for me. She needs a raise for sure and all the other staff should take a leaf out of her book.

I always shop here when I need hardware for any project. Ace has never failed me as a hardware store. They have everything from screws, to mowers, to garden hoses. They have every bolt and nut you can think of in metric and standard. Surprisingly they also have decent snacks here. I would give this hardware store a 10 out of 10. They are like a mini Home Depot.

I had an immediate need for a battery for my key fob. I was hoping not to have to drive to the out-of-town dealership, and I am not good with technology, so I stopped at the Ace Hardware to see if they could help. Indeed they could. The man at the counter used his computer to check details, and he was careful not to damage the fob. I was so grateful for the assistance. This would never happen at a big box store.
