Jerry the manager at this store is wonderful...I came into the store to buy an patio umbrella for $39.00 on sale...I went in an bought it but it was $65.00.they told me because it was an online disc. only...this is really dumb....so I thought..lesson learned and I told the manager that I would still take the umbrella because I didn't want to have to go home an order it on line just to come back an pick it up...He apologized and I said ok...Welllll, he called back and gave me the discount anyway...I couldn't thank him enough..This is great customer service..Thank you ACE for hiring smart people to run there stores... PS...I just ordered another Patio umbrella on line to pick up tomorrow.....

I bought a new smoker from this store that I had assembled and delivered to my house. It worked great, but unfortunately there the lid wasn’t closing completely after a couple uses. They were so quick and courteous to send someone out to replace the lid. It works perfectly now! Fantastic customer service.

I have been at this store so many times in the past few months. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's so different from going to the big box stores where it is hard to find someone if you need help and then are they really knowledgeable? I will continue to shop here for sure!
