Entered store and requested help for living room lamp replacement part. Actually brought entire lamp into store. Manager Kelsey assisted me. She listened to problem and immediately recommended a possible solution. Grabbed her tools and went to work, no hesitation. To my extreme delight, Kelsey and I fixed the lamp.
