Local employee, Renee, was so helpful in assisting me with trying to put an old battery-powered camping lantern in working order. We tried our best but she never gave up until we had tried everything. She certainly went out of her way to take care of this customer. There should be more customer service personnel like her. So I was looking for a patio set that was sold out ALL over Michigan. This location was the only place that had it- 3 hours away! So I spoke to a manager Debbie- who’s been with the company 20 years! She got me in contact with Brian! Who’s on the corporate end and he personally drove my patio set to MICHIGAN! To their warehouse and they delivered it to my house! I am beyond amazed at these people and how helpful they were. Undeniable customer service!
