We invite Big Green Egg owners, chefs, and cook teams from different places around the US to join us and demonstrate the capabilities of the Big Green Egg Cooking Machine. Not familiar with Big Green Egg? This is the perfect opportunity to see it the machine in action, get educated, and taste samples to learn exactly what they can do! Sample delicious foods, vote for your favorite cook team, enjoy music by Bill McAllister from WCSX and enjoy a fun day of BBQ at MSU Tollgate Farm and Education Center in Novi, MI. What is an Eggfest? What to Expect? We will have cook teams lined up preparing samples all day for tasters to try out. You are free to walk around and try samples and learn more about the capabilities of a Big Green Egg. You will be given tickets to vote for your favorite teams. There will be music, entertainment and fun for the whole family.
