Biggest, nicest, most impressive and most stocked Ace hardware I've ever seen with very helpful employees. Wish I had one like this closer to my house.

This is a great local store to go to for quick "oops, I forgot this at Home Depot" store. The staff isn't always very knowledgeable on item locations, but they find someone else who knows and are polite.

After having issues with an online order and being stuck on hold for well over 2x the estimated wait I decided to hang up and call the store direct. The manager, Theresa, went way over and beyond to help me get this item and even got it to me much earlier than expected. When at the store picking up said item, all the employees were very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. Best customer service ever!!! Thank you so much!

I had a problem with an item I purchased online... the Manager took care of it right away her and her team Outstanding Customer Service!!
