I want to tell you how impressed I am with your employee, Ben. He's the best! I came to the store with a Petsafe collar with a broken strap and an old one that no longer worked-my husband was unable to figure out how to remove the broken strap to replace it. He claimed he didn't have the right tool. Ben took one look at it, told us immediately what was needed, and then offered to fix it for us-no charge! He's a young man who knows what he's doing-so glad he was there for us!

Most everything you'd expect from a hardware store. Good prices. Good quality. Friendly staff although not many staffers are experienced at hardware projects.
